  1. I see the company has multiple redemption programs. Can I participate in all of them?
  2. Yes, but you are only permitted to register for 2 different programs at the same time.

  3. I registered online, do I need to send in my certificate?
  4. No, Simply make your selections and click on submit. Your selection information will be sent to your home address in 3-4 weeks.

  5. How do I contact customer service?

  7. After I have made my selections how long before my product is shipped?
  8. Once you have made and submitted your selections your product information will be shipped to your home within 3 to 4 weeks.

  9. How many options do I choose?
  10. You will automatically receive the $1000 Grocery Redemption option and your choice of one (1) of the other options. This selection process is for each certificate you have registered. Two certificates? You receive the program selections/options twice.

  11. What if I still want the program offering the $25 dollar VISA cards?
  12. That program has been replaced with the new options you will no longer be able to receive $25 gift cards.



  13. Where do I find out what my reward options are?
  14. To see your product options and choose the ones that you like the most, visit www.esavingsnow.com, login with your ID and password and get the details about your new product options. The products you select are replacements for your $25 VISA Gift Card rebate certificate(s) so once you’ve chosen your products, there’s no need for further redemptions…just enjoy your new products.
