This rebate offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer. Receipt and redemption coupon must represent submitter's actual consumer purchase. Copies of certificate or proof of purchase will not be accepted. Limit one (1) rebate per household, address, group, or organization. Maximum rebate value per household, address, group, or organization is $25.00 per month during the redemption period. This offer void where prohibited by law and is limited to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada. Submitting original Grocery receipts totaling at LEAST $100 during the calendar month and completed rebate form entitles you to receive a gift card valued at $25. All obligations of RedeemGroceries.com or its agent will be discharged by issuing the gift card and mailing it to the address provided by you. Any tax is consumer's responsibility. Allow 8 weeks from the date we receive your submission for your redemption to ship. RedeemGroceries.com is not responsible for mail that is lost, mutilated, or delayed. Program is subject to change without notice. Program provider has the right to replace this rebate certificate at its face value (minus any redemption paid out to registered user; so long as the terms and conditions have been met by user) with another incentive premium of equal or greater value. Individuals residing within the same household may not have certificates registered to multiple postal addresses simultaneously (eg. a residential and business address, or a residential address and PO Box, etc.). You must remain loyal to you chosen Grocery store/Grocery Chain. Minimum of $100 in Grocery receipts with 50% of each receipt total dollar amount as food. Receipts and Voucher MUST be for same month. There cannot be multiple receipts submitted with the same date. All submissions must be postmarked on or before the last day of the submission month. Consumer is responsible for READING, UNDERSTANDING and FOLLOWING all Terms & Conditions associated with this redemption program.
